The Camsizer particle size and shape analyzer is based on the measuring principle of digital image processing and produces maximum, precise measuring results in real time.  Utilising powerful and user-friendly control and evaluation software, it is perfect for permanent quality assurance during production, immediate tests on incoming and outgoing materials or whenever detailed laboratory measurements are required.  Compared with classic sieve analysis, the Camsizer handles an equal range of applications but also provides useful additional information. 

Automatically processing samples using SOPs means user-friendly operation - technicians are free to carry out other tasks.  The result is immediately stored after each measurement and printed out if required.  An optional barcode reader simplifies allocation and storage of results if the product is frequently changed.  The AutoSampler allows samples to be fed in by an electro-pneumatic robot arm, which lifts the beakers and empties them into the feed hopper.  Built in shaking function ensures complete emptying and the empty beakers are then collected for recycling.
